Cameroon international forward Brenda Tabe has joined Egyptian women’s top-flight side Al Ahly on a five-month contract, with an option linked to a future move to Spain’s Liga F per reports kick442.com gathered from Africa women football.

The agreement will see Tabe play the remainder of the season in Egypt before completing a transfer to Spain, where all contractual arrangements have already been finalised, according to sources close to the deal. Only the official announcement remains, which is expected at the end of the season.

The identity of the Spanish club has not yet been disclosed but is expected to be revealed in the coming weeks. The move would mark a significant step in Tabe’s career, taking her into one of Europe’s leading women’s leagues.

Al Ahly, who have invested heavily in their women’s team, view Tabe’s arrival as a key addition as they continue to strengthen their squad domestically and on the continent.

The striker becomes one of the latest Cameroonian players to secure a pathway into European women’s football, reflecting the growing visibility and demand for African talent at the highest level.
